    Description

    This 2.25 fluid ounce jar of Pearl Ex Varnish by Jacquard is water-based and can be used as a medium or top coat with Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments. Use on a multiple surfaces including paper, clay, metal, wood or plastic. The varnish is the finest grade of pure high gloss clear copolymer and can be used with Pearl Ex to create your own lustrous metallic paints, glazes and durable finishes. Cleans up easily with water.
